Each installment payment is due on the first (1st) day of the month. After 5 p.m. on the fourth (4th) day, payments are considered late and may draw penalties. We accept several forms of payment, including online payments through the resident portal or a check dropped off at the leasing office.
The square footage of a housing unit varies based on its floor plan. Compared to most off campus apartments in Atlanta, though, our bedrooms and common areas are more open, airy, and spacious, which is perfect for living with roommates.
Surfing the web is essential to most students. That’s why we include high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi with monthly payments. Each apartment also has cable service and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the grounds, including in the designated study areas.
Live comfortably knowing your monthly payment covers occupancy in a furnished apartment; cable and Internet services; household utilities (excluding electric & water); and use of community amenities.
Every appliance a young professional could need is included in our off campus housing. Kitchens are outfitted with stainless steel fridges, stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers, and laundry rooms feature a high-quality washing machine & dryer.
Our individual housing contracts begin August 15, 2021, and end July 31, 2022. Our leasing schedule is based on the academic calendars at Georgia Tech, Emory University, GSU, and other schools in Atlanta. Residents move into their new living spaces just before the fall semester begins.
Yes, all of our apartments are furnished with bedroom and living room furniture. Every bedroom has a personal desk, and each unit features stainless steel kitchen appliances and full-size washer and dryer units.
We have floor plans to fit any lifestyle, from studios to 6-bedroom apartments. Our housing contracts are individual (rent by room), and we offer roommate-matching.
Yes, parking is available to our residents. Upon signing the rental agreement, you’ll have the option to reserve a space, which, as any student who’s lived in off campus housing in Atlanta, GA, knows, reduces your commute times.
Every bedroom has a personal bathroom, which makes it easier for roommates to live together cooperatively without struggling over access or cleanliness.
