Off Campus Apartment Community Right For Students
Atlanta has so many great colleges and universities that sending your student to live and study in the city is an achievement already. Of course, no matter where they attend school, you want them to have the best chance for success, and that includes where they’re living. The Mark at Atlanta is student housing elevated to new levels of convenience, security, and comfort. Our furnished apartments are move-in-ready with individual leases, and we offer a variety of community amenities, from study rooms to fitness facilities. Meanwhile, the location of our off campus apartments near Georgia Tech and Georgia State, as well as colleges like Emory University, Spelman, SCAD Atlanta, and Morehouse, means your student can commute to campus while still enjoying the independence (and personal growth) associated with city living.
Our apartment buildings are constructed with premium materials that not only appear luxurious but also hold up to repeated use. Solid countertops, steel sinks, wood-style floors, these are just a few examples of the high-quality components that give our units such strong visual and practical appeal. Your student will also notice that life indoors is quieter here, and that’s because the insulated walls dampen exterior noise to limit disruptions for better studying, sleeping, and overall comfort.
Pricing & Floor Plans
Whether your student prefers to live alone, with friends, or with roommates matched by us, you’ll find our apartments to be spacious, functional, and inviting. Bedrooms and bathrooms are private and individual to each resident. All furniture is supplied as well as stainless steel appliances and washers and dryers. We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV.
One of the main differences The Mark at Atlanta has from most other off campus housing in Atlanta is the variety of amenities at our apartment community. With amenities like a swimming pool, arcade and game room, and computer lounge, your student can work, live, and play all in one location. And if ever there was a place to forge new friendships, it’s at areas like our private courtyards and pool-deck grilling stations, where students mingle, relax, and create lasting memories.
We furnished our apartments based on the needs and tastes of modern college students. While parents might find other furnished student housing near Georgia State, Georgia Tech, or SCAD Atlanta, The Mark at Atlanta provides more complete furniture and services packages. Bedrooms have comfortable bedding and personal desks; living rooms have couches, end tables, and flat-screen TVs; and kitchens have all stainless steel appliances.
Individual Housing Contracts
Traditional housing contracts, with all their rigid guidelines, are not a great fit for college students who need more flexibility and convenience. That’s why we have individual housing contracts that rent by-the-bed. These 12-month contracts start in August and end in July, aligning perfectly with the academic calendars of most colleges and universities in Atlanta.
Starting over in a new community often means having to make all new friends, which can be an added challenge for students who need to find roommates. That’s why The Mark at Atlanta offers roommate-matching services for free. All your student has to do is fill out a brief questionnaire, and we’ll find appropriate matches. Many students like to combine living with one or two friends and using roommate-matching to fill the remaining rooms.
During a housing search, knowing that your student is safe and sound is the most important aspect for any parent. The Mark at Atlanta employs a professional management and maintenance staff who ensure your student is supported. Staff members work in the leasing office during normal business hours and remain on-call after-hours, providing help with routine issues, such as maintenance requests, payment questions, and replacing lost keys.
